  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but we will guide you through the return process instead.

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method.

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

  • Custom or personalized jewellery orders cannot be canceled once placed due to their unique nature.

  • Orders that have advanced to the shipping stage are not eligible for cancellation but may be returned following our return policy.

Refund Process for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7-10 business days after cancellation confirmation.

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
