Request deletion of your Glowfinch account

You can request deletion of your Glowfinch app account and the personal data associated with it, even if you have uninstalled the app.

1. Email info@glowfinch.com with the subject Glowfinch account deletion request.
2. Send the request from the email address linked to your account, or tell us which account email you used. Do not send your password, payment card details, or identity documents in the first message.
3. We will verify that the account belongs to you, process the request, and email you when it is complete. If we need more information to verify your identity, we will contact you.

What happens to your data

Deleting your account removes the account and personal data associated with it that we no longer need, such as your profile and saved preferences. We will also delete other app data linked to the account where applicable. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account.

We may retain limited information, such as order and transaction records, where necessary to meet legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements. We keep that information only for the period needed for those purposes. We will explain any retained data when we respond to your request.

If you want to request deletion of particular data without deleting your account, email info@glowfinch.com and describe what you would like removed.
